Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my JotGenie AI Note Taker subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, choose the app and tap Cancel Subscription. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
I paid but the features are locked. What should I do?
Open the app and use Restore Purchases on the subscription screen. If that does not help, write to us at archsumonahanzrm33@gmail.com with the e-mail receipt from Apple and we will sort it out.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are issued by Apple: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID and choose the purchase. We cannot process refunds ourselves.
